AI READINESS

Microsoft 365 Copilot can only surface information your staff can already reach. If permissions are messy, AI makes that mess visible faster than ever. We prepare your data, people and policies first, then adopt AI where it genuinely saves time.

At a glance

  • Permissions and data-sharing review before any rollout
  • A clear AI use policy for your staff
  • Copilot adoption support and measured quick wins

Does this sound like you?

  • Staff are already trying AI tools, and you are not sure what information is going into them
  • Leadership is asking what your AI plan is, and you do not have one yet
  • You like the idea of Copilot but worry about the wrong people seeing sensitive information

Sound familiar? You are likely looking at our Productive tier.

WHY READINESS COMES FIRST

AI works on what you already have

The tools are impressive. The risk sits in what they can reach, and in what your people do with them when there are no rules.

Permissions decide what AI can see

Copilot respects existing access rights. Over-shared folders and old permissions become a problem the moment AI starts searching them.

No policy means staff decide for themselves

Without clear guidance, people choose their own tools and their own rules, including with sensitive information.

Value comes from the right first use

Starting with a few well-chosen tasks gives you results you can measure, rather than a licence nobody uses.

THE SERVICE

What is included

A review of your data, permissions, licences and ways of working, with a clear view of what to fix first.

Permissions and oversharing clean-up

Tidying access across SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams so AI only reaches what it should.

Data protection guidance

Help with labelling and handling sensitive information, so it stays protected as AI use grows.

AI use policy and staff guidance

Simple, practical rules on what can and cannot go into AI tools, including patient and resident information.

IN PRACTICE

Built around how you actually work

Private clinics

Practical administration first: letters, summaries, meeting notes and scheduling support, with clear rules around patient information.

Care homes

Policy drafting, rota and documentation support for managers, kept well away from sensitive resident records until governance is in place.

Regulated professional firms

Document drafting and research support, with confidentiality and client data protected by design.

WHERE IT SITS IN PRICING

Which tier includes this?

AI readiness planning is part of our Productive tier, alongside Copilot adoption support and a quarterly roadmap session. Each person using Copilot has a support fee of £19 a month, and Copilot licences are bought separately from Microsoft. This is part of the Strategic pillar of our service.

WHY ENABLESIT

What makes working with us different

We fix the foundations first

Most AI projects stumble on permissions and data, not the technology. We start there.

Practical, not hype

We look for specific tasks that save real time, and report back on what changed.

Security and compliance sit alongside

Because security is already part of how we work, AI adoption does not come at the cost of control.

Before you ask

Questions we get asked

Copilot works within the access rights your staff already have in Microsoft 365. That is exactly why we review permissions first: it can only help people find what they are already allowed to see.
That depends on your governance, your policies and the specific tool. We help you set clear rules before anything sensitive is involved, and recommend caution until they are in place.

Copilot has specific licensing requirements that Microsoft updates from time to time. We check your current licences during the readiness assessment and tell you exactly what you need.

Yes, and it is worth doing well. Adoption support is part of the Productive tier, focused on a few real tasks rather than generic training.
That is a perfectly good answer. A readiness review shows you exactly what to fix first, and nothing is switched on until you are comfortable.
