Overview

 Established in 2007, Chalfont Electrical Services provide high-quality electrical installations, design and maintenance and testing services within the construction industry. They have grown over the years through recommendations and an outstanding reputation, ensuring they maintain values of transparency, honesty, integrity and hard work that guarantee their clients always come first. 

Chalfont Electrical Services engaged enablesIT to work on the cabling aspect of a refurbishment project in Golders Green. The project called for a fast turnaround across multiple phases working in conjunction with third-party contractors to ensure timely and seamless delivery. 

The challenge

 We delivered the work in two phases to complete the ground, and 3rd floor works to schedule.

Both phases required careful planning and resource management to ensure we carried out works without delays or wasted visits.

Communication with the client had to be clear and consistent throughout the project.

EnablesIT’s installation could only go ahead once other contractors had completed their phases and the site was ready for cabling. Any miscommunication could result in delays to the start and completion of works.

Before and throughout the installation, we provided comprehensive coordination and management of materials, contractors, and schedules to minimise overall project risk.

 We used our depth of experience and knowledge to carry out each phase to exact specifications, meeting the client’s needs in the given timeframe. Before, during, and following the installations, enablesIT delivered on promises, managing resources and products, and producing final documentation on works completed. 

We presented each phase clearly and assured full transparency of the works, outlining our requirements to ensure a straightforward installation.

We worked closely with the client to keep them appraised of updates and progress, allowing for the scheduling of any other refurbishment works without delay. 

Result and future plans

EnablesIT completed the work to a high standard and within the set timeframes.

As a result of sound project coordination, communication, and project delivery, the client has highly recommended enablesIT to other clients for planned future works. 

Any feedback I can give would be positive. Service, communication, delivery and issuing of completion information was excellent.
