We handle practical, day-to-day infrastructure changes quickly and efficiently under a transparent cost agreement. Our IMAC service covers a wide range of infrastructure changes across network cabling, wireless systems, comms rooms, and hardware installation.

Changes include:

  • Hardware & Software: Rack installations, power and connectivity testing, software updates, and third-party device configuration.
  • Wireless Services: Site surveys, predictive heatmapping, access point deployments, and full connectivity setup.
  • Comms Rooms: Hardware mounting, UPS and environmental deployments, capacity planning, and layout upgrades.
  • Network Cabling: Installation of Cat6A and Cat6, copper systems, plus multimode and singlemode fibre.
  • Additional Services: Audits, decommissioning, and clear handover documentation.

EnablesIT’s approach to infrastructure support is good and allows us some flexibility – I enjoy the
interactions and after a recent supplier review have chosen enablesIT to continue as one of now only
three preferred suppliers. Going to tender for new areas of support can be time-consuming so the
high level of service and value for money provided by enablesIT also means that, when possible, we
can move straight to negotiation and, to date, I have been very happy with the outcome. IT Support
is an area where partnership is key and this is my experience and continuing expectation with
enablesIT – they understand my priorities and my budget constraints and help me to keep moving
things forward, focusing on emerging areas of IT that will benefit the Gallery. Our in-house team is
