
When you call our Help Desk, you will be asked to log in to our remote access support via our Web site where our Desktop Support engineer will assess the problem. You will stay in control of your PC; so if there are files you do not want us to open, just move your mouse to take charge of the cursor. You can keep in contact with the engineer throughout via text or on the telephone.
We offer remote support for servers and network devices (switches, routers and firewalls) through secure VPNs. Depending on your support contract, if we cannot provide a solution remotely, we will visit you on site.
We also carry out weekly remote preventive health checks on your critical hardware to ensure that your business runs smoothly. If problems are identified, we can schedule a repair at a time convenient to you.
